Great service

The initial booking was great. Very thorough and clear about cost and appointment time. The boiler engineer was knowledgeable and efficient. He found the fault and repaired it. He solved another problem too. The engineer was polite and explained everything clearly showing me what he had done. Great service. I would definitely recommend this company.

The engineer was polite, friendly

The engineer was polite ,friendly and very thorough. He explained that the boiler was under guarantee and that a noisy fan should be reported , which we have done and would not have known about it if he had not informed us.
